Registration

Our registration process requires a potential camper’s caregiver to fill out an application form (see below), and mail it to us. If we are able to accommodate the child, you will receive further instructions, and forms (such as one for health information). If there is enough time before camp, these forms, once filled in, can be mailed back.

You will be notified if we are unable to take your child.

On the day of camp you bring your child out to camp to register him/her (but not before the specified time). You will need to accompany your child through that process, as the staff may have questions or instructions for you. Your child will be in your care until camp actually begins at 6 PM. Do not leave before that time, unless you make specific arrangements to leave your child in the care of another adult (and let the director know this).

* This includes the $25 Early Bird Discount for registrations received before June 1, 2016. The regular fee after that is $250 per camper.

Please note that the reg’n fee covers only c. 40% of the actual cost of having a child at camp. The remainder comes through donations and fund-raising events.
